Dana Mostashari joined the firm as an associate in 2006. A 2000 graduate of Samford University with an Honors degree in Political Science and Journalism, she received her juris doctor degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2003, where she was a member of Cumberland’s nationally ranked trial program. Upon graduation, she worked for several years as a research attorney and then representing debtors in the Federal Bankruptcy Courts of Alabama. At Nathan & Nathan, she is a general litigator with a concentration in debt collection.
