Since 1991, the creditors' rights law firm of Nathan & Nathan, P.C. (formerly known as Nathan & Associates, P.C.) has provided local and national businesses innovative and cost-effective collections and legal solutions throughout the state of Alabama. In response to the requests of several clients, the firm expanded its collections operation to Tennessee in 2005.

In December of 2002, the firm relocated its law offices and Legal Collections Center to the newly renovated V&W Supply/Pate Building in Birmingham's Automotive District, which was recently designated as a National Register Historic District.
